I’ve invested heavily in turning decades of experience into a stack of AI skills and templates, built from my life’s work and designed to be operated by me.
The stack takes what we know about your business and puts me through a series of working conversations: testing assumptions, doing research, exploring different paths, and figuring out which questions really matter.
It takes real time and attention to run. I choose the questions, challenge the answers, and take responsibility for the thinking. I would never charge anyone to press a button and ship the output.
It also surfaces connections I wouldn’t have made on my own: patterns from other fields, unexpected possibilities, and ideas worth investigating.
The work can take different forms, too. Sometimes the most useful deliverable is a short document. Sometimes it’s an interactive tool we can explore and refine together.
This infrastructure lets me bring more depth, speed, and insight to the work. It’s a big part of why I believe great product leadership can now be accessible to small businesses.
